Residential Property Solicitor - Potential for Remote Working - Part and Full time.
We are assisting a Sussex firm in their search for a residential property lawyer to join their busy Residential Property Department in an affluent part of Sussex. This residential property lawyer will be a key member of the team. This experienced residential property team are supportive and encouraging, working collegiately. As the successful residential property lawyer, you will be handling a a varied residential property caseload to include sales and purchases of freehold & leasehold property, landlord and tenant matters and transfers of equity.
You will be a Legal Executive, a Licenced Conveyancer or a fee earner who is 'qualified by experience'. You must be able to confidently manage a caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold matters.
