We are assisting this Top 100 law firm in their recruitment for a property lawyer to join their large newbuild development team who are based in Nottingham.

Working for a range of developers, housebuilder and housing associations, you will be working on a busy residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish of plot sales, part exchange purchases and shared ownership.

You must be able to show experience in residential conveyancing, and it would be ideal if you had experience in residential development, plot sales, shared ownership and working with housing associations. If you do not have the residential development experience, but have considerable conveyancing experience, please still apply.
