Real Estate Paralegal - Birmingham

We are assisting an excellent city led firm who are looking for Real Estate Paralegal to work in their Real Estate Finance team. This Real Estate Paralegal will be based in their Birmingham office.

You will be working on a range of real estate finance and development matters to include; carrying out acquisition due diligence, putting properties into charge, title reviews, stock rationalisation for housing associations, large scale loans and refinancing, charging transactions, reviewing titles and assisting with the property development team.

We are looking for a candidate with atleast 12 months' real estate experience (ideally real estate finance) and an excellent academic background.
