Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Commercial Property Paralegal for our client, a reputable regional sized firm in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for this commercial property paralegal who will be working with an excellent team on a range of commercial property matters, to include sales, acquisitions, Landlord /Tenant and Real Estate Finance. The successful commercial property paralegal will be working from the firm's office in Newbury.

The role will involve assisting two busy commercial property lawyers on their caseload, working for an enviable client base. You will be assisting on a range of commercial property matters to include sales, acquisitions, landlord/tenant, real estate finance and some residential development work.

It is very important that you have a good background in commercial property, you must have atleast 6 months' experience in commercial property and be able to show a good academic background.
