We are working with a reputable Kent based firm, who are looking for a Residential Property lawyer to join their very successful residential property team. You will be able to handle large caseloads with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. It is very important that you are a confident residential property lawyer and be able to manage a residential property caseload autonomously.

You will be advising and supporting clients on all matters relating to Residential Conveyancing from instruction through to completion including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, newbuild matters, shared ownership and re-mortgages. Along with the other members of the team, you will be carrying out business development with local agents and other businesses.

On offer is a great package for the right candidate. You will be working on a busy caseload with a team who are well known in the area. This is commutable from Kent, South London and East Sussex.
