Residential Property Paralegal/Legal Executive - Cambridge

Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Residential Property Paralegal or Legal Executive for our client, a Top 200 firm. This residential property paralegal/Legal Executive would be working from the firm's office in Cambridge.

The role will involve managing your own caseload of busy residential property caseload and assist the wider team on sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold to include newbuild properties.

We are looking for a candidate with experience of managing your own residential property caseload. Ideally, you will have had experience with newbuilds and residential development. You must have a good academic background.
