We are working on an exciting new opportunity for an experienced residential property legal executive/conveyancer to join this busy residential property team based in Colchester.

Our client is a respected local firm with an excellent reputation for residential conveyancing work in Colchester and beyond.

The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced residential property legal executive/conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing their own residential property caseload, with minimal supervision. With strong experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties, you'll also be a confident developer of relationships with local brokers, estate agents and other intermediaries. Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or legal executives / licensed conveyancers with the requisite conveyancing experience.
