A highly regarded Bath law firm has instructed Chadwick Nott in their recruitment for a senior litigation legal executive to join their super busy litigation team. This litigation legal executive will be working on a range of commercial and civil litigation and must have experience in managing their own litigation caseload with minimal supervision.

You'll enjoy a real range of work and a high degree of autonomy within this friendly team. Ideally you will already be working at associate or partner level and have handled a mixed litigation caseload. Your caseload is likely to include:

• Contractual Disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional Negligence
• Property litigation including commercial Landlord and Tenant including rent arrears, forfeiture, possession, dilapidations claims, business tenancy renewals
• Contentious Probate / disputed wills, trusts and estates

With this role, there are excellent career prospects including the chance of promotion to partnership and the opportunity to head up the department in due course for the right candidate.
