Property Paralegal - Exeter

Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Property Paralegal for our client, an award winning National law firm, to be based in Exeter.

The role will involve assisting on a residential development caseload, which will be focused on agricultural property work. Your duties will be assisting on land, property and farm sales and purchases, dealing with lettings and farm business tenancies, carrying out searches, reviewing titles and documents, post completion task, dealing with Land Registry.

We are looking for a candidate with property experience (ideally residential) and an excellent academic background. Any agricultural experience would be desirable but not essential.
