We are working with this highly regarded regional practice in their recruitment for a residential conveyancing legal secretary to join their reputable residential conveyancing team based in Aylesbury.

You will be assisting a busy residential property team on the day to day running of the residential conveyancing files. Duties will include, but not limited to, preparations of standard letters and documents, preparing bills and completion statements, dictation, diary management, dealing with post completion tasks including Land Registry portal.

This candidate must be able to show previous secretarial experience in a residential property and have the basic understanding of a conveyancing process.
