We are happy to be working with a wonderful firm who are based in the Cotswolds, in their search for a residential property lawyer/conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property lawyer/conveyancer to join the busy residential property team of this great regional firm who are well known in the South West. This residential property fee earner will be working on a wide range of residential property work alongside a friendly team. You will be working on a varied residential property caseload to include all aspects of residential property.

The ideal residential property lawyer/conveyancer must have atleast 2 years' experience managing a caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision. You will be able to manage your own caseload of sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold land. It is important that you are qualified as a Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer, however, if you are qualified by many years' experience, please still get in touch!
