Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

We are working with a highly regarded Gloucestershire based firm, who are seeking a Residential Property lawyer to join their very successful property team. You will be able to handle large caseloads with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have considerable experience in business development. You will also be very driven, able to meet their client's high standards and deliver exceptional client care.

You will be advising and supporting clients on all matters relating to Residential Conveyancing from instruction through to completion and registration including purchases, transfers and re-mortgages. Along with the other members of the team, you will be carrying out business development with local agents and other businesses.

You must be a qualified legal executive, licenced conveyancer or be qualified through many years of experience. It is very important that you are able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
