Our client, who is an excellent firm based in Hertfordshire, are looking for a paralegal to join their residential property paralegal to join their reputable residential property team based in St Albans.

As part of the firms' busy residential property residential property team, you will be working on all aspects of residential conveyancing to include sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold matters to include newbuild properties and dealing with Help to Buy funding.

As the successful residential property paralegal, you will be able to show that you have experience in residential property. It is very important that you have experience of residential property, please only apply if this is the case. You must also be able to show that you have good client care skills, be a team player and show that you are able to work to deadlines.
