Excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a top-ranked South West law firm.
Our client are a highly respected law firm with offices in Devon and Cornwall. They are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their Employment team in Exeter.
The role will involve supporting clients on a regular or project based secondment basis and you may be required to work on site at the client's business. This may include assisting clients with internal processes as required, for example: carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations, hearings and appeals and leading TUPE consultation or redundancy processes. You will advise businesses on internal processes and investigations as well as strategic HR related matters. You will also be required to undertake business development in order to seek new businesses requiring HR or employment law help. The role will also include some paralegal work to support on litigation cases.
To be considered for this role, you must be either CIPD or CILEX qualified and be fully conversant with the law and practice relevant to HR work. You must be able to deal with both operational and strategic level HR matters. Salary will depend on experience.
