Excellent opportunity to join our very well-known international client on a FTC basis.

Our client have a fantastic global reputation. They are currently looking for an Employee Relations Policy Contractor to join them on a 6 month FTC basis remotely.

The successful candidate will be completing gap analysis on global and UK policies, including the reviewing of existing policies for updating/re-writing needs, refreshing global HR policies/drafting newly required documents, simplified documents which are easily accessible for employees, refreshing UK policies, consolidating where possible, with similar focus to Global policies, etc. Our client are happy for this role to be remote however you will have to attend one of the sites occasionally (in London or Leeds).

To be considered for this role, you must have significant ER experience including global policy development. You must also have a strong knowledge of employment law. On offer is a highly competitive day rate.
