Opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a Legal 500 rated firm Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Reading office. The role will be varied and will include: providing conveyancing quotations to prospective clients by email and telephone, obtaining required ID documentation from prospective clients, preparing and sending out contract papers, sending out contracts and deposits post-exchange, completing Stamp Duty Land Tax forms, preparing completion statements, attending to registrations of properties at the Land Registry post-completion, etc. The firm offer a competitive salary based on experience.
