We are working on a great opportunity that has arisen for a residential property lawyer/conveyancer join this busy Midlands based practice. This well known firm are looking for a residential property lawyer/conveyancer to join their Solihull office. You will be working on a varied residential property caseload to include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold matters.

It is important that you have a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing a residential property caseload. It would be ideal if you are a qualified conveyancer or legal executive, but if you are qualified by experience, please still apply!

You will be managing your own caseload which will consist of all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, right to buys, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions and transfers of equity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly firm and be instrumental in the further expansion of their residential property team.
