Contentious Probate Lawyer/Legal Executive, Taunton

A well regarded and established firm in the South West are looking for a contentious probate lawyer/legal executive to assist with growing their offering. You will be based from the office in Taunton.

With a strong reputation in private client work, the firm already have a small contentious probate practice. Although they firm would prefer someone a contentious probate expert they will also consider a civil litigator with some experience of and an interest in specialising in this area.

You will be joining a fully supportive environment where good performance is rewarded but assistance is always on hand for support. It is absolutely essential that you are client facing as meeting clients and business development will be a day to day aspect of this role.
