Residential Conveyancer - Derbyshire

My client is a very reputable firm who are super busy with residential conveyancing. They are looking for residential conveyancing lawyers to join their team in order to work on caseloads of sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold properties. This would be to join their busy office based in Castle Donnington.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and will need to provide a high quality service to clients and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to cope under pressure, prioritise and be flexible is essential, as is the need to be a co-operative team player. You must be able to show that you can manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. You may be qualified through CLC or as a Legal Executive, but please still apply if you have a lot of residential property experience.
