We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Chartered Legal Executive with a number of years' experience in managing your own contentious and non contentious employment law caseload. The successful employment law legal executive will be based in the Chippenham office of this multi office firm. Our client is very established in the market and have a great reputation across the South West.
There is a great caseload on offer for an enviable client base. This will include contentious and non contentious employment law matters. Your employment law caseload will include matters such as; unfair dismissals, settlement agreements, discrimination issues, TUPE and general day to day employment law advice. This employment lawyer will be a key player in the business development and marketing of the team, in their ambition of growth.
You must be a qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and be able to show that you are able to manage your own caseload on behalf of both employee and employer. You must also be able to show that you have had experience of working on both contentious and non contentious matters.
