Chadwick Nott are instructed by a great regional law firm, based in Buckinghamshire who are looking for an employment law legal executive to become an integral part of the team. This employment law team are part of a reputable law firm who are very well known in the area. This employment law team are busy and are looking for a confident employment law legal executive with at least 2 years' experience to join their office in Aylesbury.

This employment law team get involved in some very interesting employment law work for respondents and claimants. Your duties will include managing your own caseload and providing advice to a range of clients on contentious and non contentious matters. The successful employment law legal executive will be working on a busy caseload of non contentious and contentious employment work to include, but not limited to; grievances, unfair dismissal, TUPE, policies & handbooks and providing general HR advice.

The ideal employment law legal executive will be able to show at least 2 years' experience. You must be a qualified Legal Executive. You will be technically sound and will have experience doing your own business development. This candidate will be a team player, have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
