We are assisting our client in their search for a Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law to join a busy employment law team who are extremely reputable. This Employment Law Legal Executive will be based in our client's office in Eastbourne, Sussex.
This Employment Law Legal Executive will be advising clients on contentious and non contentious employment matters. You will managing an employment law caseload acting for both respondents and claimants. You caseload will include, but not limited to; representing clients at tribunal, advising on settlement agreements, drafting and advising on policies & handbooks, dealing with general day to day HR queries and dealing with issues surrounding TUPE.
The successful employment law legal executive will be qualified and have at least 1 year's experience of managing a varied caseload. It is important that you have acted for both respondents and claimants. You will be commercially minded and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
