One of Chadwick Nott's client's are looking for a Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law to join a busy employment law team. Our client is very established in the market and have a great reputation with public and private bodies. This firm are recognised in Chambers & Partners, as well as the Legal 500. The successful employment law legal executive will be based out of the Birmingham office.
There is a great caseload on offer for an enviable caseload. This will include contentious and non contentious employment law matters. Your employment law caseload will include matters such as; unfair dismissals, settlement agreements, discrimination issues, TUPE and general day to day employment law advice.
- Be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives;
- Must have atleast 2 years' experience managing your own employment law caseload - both contentious and non contentious;
- Be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills;
- Show confidence with a passion for employment law along with a strong technical ability.
