We are working with a great law firm based in Uxbridge in their recruitment for a practice manager to work with senior management in the day to day running of the office. This practice manager will be working within a busy office of 30 fee earners and support staff.
In order to facilitate effective day to day running of the office, this practice manager will be the first point of contact for issues around IT, HR, office supplies, complaints, health & safety and general. You must also be able to renew insurances and liaise with the SRA.
As the successful practice manager, you will have atleast 5 years' experience of office management, it is essential that this is recent experience gained within a law firm. You will also be able to demonstrate that you have experience working with senior partners and stakeholders. This candidate must also be organised, approachable and show a commercial mindset. You must have worked with a large number of fee earners and have experience within this environment.
