Our client has one of the largest and most well established defendant fast track litigation departments in the country. They are currently looking to find experienced RTA Fee Earners to join them to facilitate further growth.
Applications are welcome from candidates with at least 12 months experience handling their own claimant or defendant fast track RTA work. It is important to note that the work is all litigated/post issue work and it is essential that you have experience handling your own litigated caseload.
The role will be to handle your own caseload of litigated defendant RTA work in a case management driven modern working environment. There is significant supervision and a supportive team environment. Training will be given to those joining from a purely claimant background. The size of department means that there are realistic opportunities for future progression and development for those that want it.
