A fabulous new opportunity to join a market leading insurance team at an international law firm. Currently enjoying exceptional growth, the 70 strong Commercial & Household Recovery team is spread across two offices (Birmingham and Bristol) providing expert advice to large insurer clients.

The firm is seeking an ambitious NQ+ solicitor to join the Birmingham team covering Fast and Multi Track Property Damage, Subsidence, Recovery and Fraud claims. The role will initially be focused on subrogated property recoveries as well as dealing with general property damage claims (subsidence, fire, water). All Property team members are encouraged to take part in marketing and business development activities.

The firm are interested in seeing candidates with a litigation background (civil, commercial or insurance) but you do not need specific property claims experience. Candidates will need to be comfortable managing a caseload and demonstrate a commercial approach to settling cases.

The firm offers an inclusive and supportive environment, with a focus on training and development to aid career progression. There is a real emphasis on employee well-being and flexible working patterns are extended to all staff.
