A well established firm in the West Midlands is looking to recruit an Employment Locum to support their existing team.
Starting in January the role will focus on dealing with a wide range of employment matters including; grievance and disciplinary proceedings, redundancy selection and consultation, unfair and constructive dismissal ,discrimination and harassment, TUPE and ill health absence and dismissals.
Application are sough from qualified Lawyers who have a solid Employment Law background which has included advising employees on Settlement Agreements, drafting Settlement Agreements for employers ,corporate support work, and acting for Claimants and Respondents in ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal proceedings (up to & potentially including full hearing) to include undertaking advocacy where required.
Starting in January, the role is expected to run for 3 months and has the potential to be extended further.
