Our client, a leading communications infrastructure company, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer to join their large in house legal function on an interim basis.
Based in the East Midlands, the role will involve supporting the client in the management of their national portfolio of electronic communications services sites by providing advice on property law issues, in particular advising on strategy and managing legal aspects of Notice to Quits served by Landowners in relation to Client's occupational agreements and advising on and managing other dispute, enforcement and estate issues. Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role will also include advising on all general property matters, working on specific projects and working closely with external advisers including panel firms and consultants.
Applications are sought from qualified solicitors who have a minimum of 5 years' PQE with proven technical knowledge of a broad range of commercial property law. Previous experience of working in house is also preferred but it is not essential.
The role will commence in January and it is expected to run for approximately 12 months, although it does have the potential to be extended further.
