A Residential Conveyancer is required for a very successful, multi office law firm based in their Bolton office. Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and will be c£30K

The successful candidate will have experience of managing their own caseload of residential freehold/leasehold sale and purchase transactions, including remortgage and Transfer of Equity matters.

Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 12 months experience handling their own caseload independently. The firm will consider applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed conveyancers and experienced non qualified fee earners.
