Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction from our client, one of the South West's leading law firms with an outstanding international reputation. The firm has a senior requirement for their thriving and nationally leading Real Estate team in Exeter. The team operates on a national scale, advising on wide range of real estate transactions including (amongst others) investment, finance, development, regeneration, build-to-rent, co-living, student accommodation, social care and social housing.

Due to their leading reputation and the quality within the team, they have a thriving real estate practice, with a steady stream of new instructions from regular clients, fuelling their continuous growth. As such, they are looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate to the team, with between three and eight years' PQE in real estate law.

Successful candidates can expect to join a nationally-leading team, and work alongside some of the south west's top real estate lawyers. This is an opportunity to learn from the best and develop your career within a leading firm, working on a variety of complex and high value work.
