Chadwick Nott have recently been instructed by one of our top tier (Legal 500/Chambers) clients in Bristol. The firm seek to add to their thriving Commercial offering with an Associate-level Solicitor with expertise in intellectual property and IT matters, to play a key role in their team.

Successful candidates will find themselves joining a high quality and supportive team, with an excellent range of work. They can expect to assist and lead on the delivery of advice to a variety of stakeholders, particularly within public sector organisations and major national government bodies as well as large private commercial companies.

The work is focused on high-value, long-term projects including but not limited to advising on outsourcing, IT infrastructure and support service agreements on complex and interesting projects. Candidates can expect to be given extensive direct client involvement quickly and offered opportunities to progress within the department and firm based on merit and attainment.

The ideal candidate should have one to four years' PQE and in particular, expertise in advising on a wide array of commercial contracts and procurement, as well as non-contentious intellectual property matters.
