The firm is seeking a Solicitor with a broad array of litigation experience to join their excellent social care team. The team provides advice and litigation services to an impressive client base of primarily public sector and charity clients, with commercial clients, covering a variety of complex matters.

Ideal candidates will have an understanding and experience in some or all of: Children Act 1989 matters and the FPC, Safeguarding matters, negligence, EL/PL, vicarious liability, breach of confidentiality, data protection, Human Rights and misfeasance. Candidates should also be competent litigators at an Associate level.
