Our client, one of the South West's leading law firms with an outstanding international reputation, has recently instructed Chadwick Nott on a requirement for their Property Litigation team in Exeter. The team operates on a national scale, acting for private and public sector clients on a variety of property disputes in landlord and tenant, leasehold management, development and investment.

Due to their reputation and the quality within the team, they have a thriving real estate disputes practice, with a steady stream of new instructions from regular clients, fuelling their continuous growth. As such, they are looking to recruit an Associate to the team, with between three to five years' PQE in property litigation.
