The firm has an enviable reputation within the region for their client service and as such, benefits from a strong and consistent client base.

The firm has a requirement for an experienced litigator, with over five years' broad litigation experience that includes matters such as land and property disputes, contentious probate, employment disputes, contract drafting, professional negligence and consumer disputes, contract disputes, commercial and residential possession proceedings, landlord and tenant disputes, and rent and debt recovery.

The successful candidate would find themselves joining a busy, close-knit team in their Exeter office (eventually). This position is ideally full-time, but would also be suitable for applicants who would want a 4 day working week.
