Due to expanding portfolios of work and in particular, the fact that this firm has cornered most of this niche market within the healthcare property sector, this firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor at around the two years PQE mark.

On offer is the chance to join a rapidly growing team, with a strong client base within a niche and complex area of commercial property work. Candidates should expect to be working on the full range of commercial property matters as well as gaining further niche experience. Therefore, there is little risk of being 'pigeon-holed' as the experience is highly transferable.

The ideal candidate will have experience across a broad range of commercial property matters and the ability to process transactions with a good degree of autonomy. Candidates should also have a strong commercial sense and be able to advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters.
