Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction on a new opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join an established Wales-based law firm who are widely regarded as a very progressive, modern law firm with an excellent culture and rapidly growing reputation, having recently won numerous awards.

The firm has one of the most highly regarded teams in the region. In particular, their real estate team in particular is singled out for praise in legal directories and the team's work is of national significance . The team acts for a range of clients including developers, local authorities, institutional clients and investors.

The firm are seeking an ambitious commercial property lawyer with a minimum of 1 year PQE relevant experience. If successful, you'd be working on both Partner-led work and given the chance to eventually lead on your own client work.

You will also have the opportunity to work directly with clients and become part of a highly-rated practice in a collegiate and team-focused environment.
