Brand new vacancy with one of the leading West Country law firms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is committed to Cornwall and at the same time wants to build a really successful, high profile career as a specialist Commercial Property solicitor.

You will be joining an already strong and very well-regarded Real Estate team that undertakes a fantastic mix of local, wider regional and national/international work, so the work exposure on offer is second to none and you will be given every chance to really develop your experience and confidence and indeed your hands-on client relationships.

You will be a final seat trainee, an NQ or perhaps someone already working in the first few years of your career as a Commercial Property solicitor, and clearly you will either already be based down in the Cornwall area or there will be genuine reasons why you are looking to move down to the area in the coming months, perhaps as a result of existing family connections or your 'home' roots down that way.
