Brand new commercial property solicitor role in central Bristol with this mid sized firm. You'll join a successful and entrepreneurial firm with a real commitment to their commercial property department.

You'll be joining a well geared team of 5 fee earners and enjoy working with a loyal and mixed client base of SMEs, OMBs, private individuals, regional businesses and national PLCs.

The work is a mix of freehold and leasehold including development/redevelopment and also a growing profile for initiatives in the sustainability sector. This is a position for an ambitious commercial property solicitor to really make their own. You'll need to be enthusiastic and commercial with a commitment to making a name for yourself in the Bristol market.
