Fixed Share Partner, Company Commercial, Commercial Team

Our client is expanding and is seeking an experienced Company Commercial Partner to join their Wiltshire based team.

You will assist a broad spectrum of commercial clients including large regional businesses, some national clients and local clients. Your caseload will include:

Company formations

Company structures

Insolvency / restructuring

Partnership and Shareholder agreements

Sale and purchase of businesses

Advice on a variety of commercial contracts

This highly regarded but friendly firm are commutable from Bath, Bristol, Swindon etc. You will play an active role in marketing the firm and department and should ideally have previous supervisory experience.
