Our client is a Somerset based firm that is currently growing their busy commercial department. As a valuable member of the team you will be handling your own varied caseload of commercial transactions, across a range of sectors. Please note this will include commercial property matters in addition to more general company / commercial work. The role includes,

• Commercial leases
• Commercial property acquisitions and sales
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder and partner agreements
• Commercial contracts
