Our client a well regarded city based law firm require an Employment Solicitor to assist them on a 6 mth FTC basis to cover high workloads. Within this role you would be advising on both contentious and non-contentious workforce matters, working as part of a national team, supporting partner leads on more complex matters whilst being responsible for your own case load. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to: * Have a broad range of contentious and non- contentious employment including TUPE/corporate support * Ideally a background of working in or advising employers in the health and social care market with a focus on advising on NHS workforce matters such as terms and conditions and MHPS. * Litigation experience would be preferable including some exposure to or an interest in advocacy * Experience and/or interest in business development and marketing initiatives * An interest in developing new skill sets in particular business immigration support * To also assist with supervision of trainee. The ideal candidate would be a minimum of 3 years PQE and have previously worked within a similar employment team.
