An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Operations Manager or Paralegal to join our Berkshire based client, a multinational engineering business, starting in April on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a Legal Operations Manager / Paralegal you will play an important role in providing administrative support for the operation of the global organisations Legal Function, specifically for legal eBilling.

You will be primarily responsible for the day to day management and administration of the organisations Legal eBilling System - acting as "Tier 1" support for the groups legal colleagues and external counsel who have billing queries and, where necessary, liaising with the external system admin team to manage the configuration of the eBilling system.

You will also work closely with the Finance Team within the Business Information Services function who provide support for the administration of the UK and US external counsel invoices.

Attention to detail is important as you will be identifying and mapping the necessary processes to ensure that the Groups Legal colleagues understand roles and responsibilities for the end to end workflow to set up, receive, approve and pay legal invoices. Where required, you will work with the external system admin team to develop training materials for the Groups Legal colleagues.

You will also support the Legal Operations to deliver projects and this may require you to produce PowerPoint presentations, Excel Pivot Tables, Dashboards and/or other written materials.

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and take pride in delivering high quality work.

It is essential that you have Legal eBilling administration experience gained either in-house or within a law firm and strong Office 365 Skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and willing to learn new skills required for use of those applications.
