Legal Secretary - Bristol
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a friendly and successful central Bristol based law firm.
My client currently has an opening in their Bristol office for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy Real Estate department.
*To provide a high-quality and efficient secretarial support to the Real Estate team
*Reporting directly to the Secretarial Services Manager
*Diary and email management
*Booking meeting rooms
*Handling telephone enquiries as and when required
*Printing, scanning and preparing engrossments
*Digital dictation as required
*Processing fee-earner expenses on Chrome River in a timely manner
*Assisting with monthly billing and other financial tasks
*Other ad hoc duties to include dealing with incoming/outgoing post and general day to day management of a small office
What we need: -
*Prior experience working within a Legal secretarial function ideally in a legal environment
*Some knowledge and understanding of property transactions is desirable
*Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly
*Excellent communication skills
*Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential
