Excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to join a specialist team in Newton Abbot.

The firm has a strong market presence throughout Devon and the wider South West and is currently seeking to bolster their offer with the addition of a Chartered Legal Executive.

You will be joining one of the largest specialist teams in the South West. They represent children., parents and grandparents who are the subject of care proceedings as well as all private law applications and divorce injunction matters. A lot of the work is dealing with public law proceedings where they are instructed by CAFCASS.

You will enjoy an intersting and varied role of managing and conducting your own caseload as well as assisting where necessary. The caseload with be both public law, private law and rule 16.4 appointments.

To apply you will be a member of the Children's Panel and able to work independently but also part of a wider team. You will need good advocacy skills.
