Excellent opportunity for an experienced Licensed conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading welsh law firm.

Based in impressive purpose built offices in the centre of Cardiff very close to Temple Meades you will be joining the firms specialist residential conveyancing team.

The team of residential property specialists work with individuals, banks, lenders, developers, landlords, housing associations and house builders. They offer expert advice for residential property deals including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers and property finance.

Duties will include dealing with residential conveyancing caseload as well as assisting with training of new employees within the team.

The successful candidate will have excellent client care skills, be able to manage their own case load and be comfortable in working within a fast-paced environment.
