Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal / Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading Civil Litigation team.

This will be a hybrid role based in either Cardiff or Bristol as well as home working if the applicant wishes.

The firm are seeking a technically able and commercially aware case handler. You will be act mainly for individuals in assessing the prospects of bringing a claim against a neighbouring property owner in trespass, nuisance, breach of covenant etc. The role will largely involve assessing the prospects of a claim succeeding, and pushing forward claims with merits to conclusion be that via negotiation, mediation or trial.

The role involves running a case load in a supportive environment.
