Excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a Legal 500 Corporate and Commercial team in the the Thames Valley.

Based in the firms Camberley office you will be joining the firm Corporate department and assist the Corporate Governance team.

In this role you will act as an administrator for the firm's registered office / SAIL address service, carry out company and completion searches, provide advice and assistance to property management companies and work on the handover of these, provide assistance with statutory register write ups, Companies House filings, provide due diligence assistance and run data rooms for corporate transactions to the department, assist with providing corporate governance support for corporate transactions, including organizing docusign signatures and provide corporate governance assistance to the banking team.

The ideal candidate will have previous Corporate Governance work experience and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and basic corporate governance requirements. Specific Company Secretarial qualifications or a desire to obtain qualifications in this area are also desirable.
