Excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer / chartered legal executive to join a top 50 law firm.

You will be joining the firms Taunton office, ideally situated for commuting from Bristol and Exeter.

As a Conveyancer you will take ownership of your own caseload (with support) which will consist of new build purchase matters and their related sales if applicable. It will be your responsibility to manage matters throughout the span of their lifecycle, and undertake and oversee such tasks as reporting to Lenders, reviewing key documentation and resolving client Due diligence issues.

It is essential that you have prior experience of working property transactions and have experience handling a caseload.
