Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal / Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly acclaimed Litigation and Dispute Management (LDM) team.
Based in central Bristol the team undertakes a wide range of litigation work, at all Court and Tribunal levels and encourages an early level of client contact and file responsibility. The team is a hardworking and exceptionally friendly unit.
The team is now looking to further bolster its expertise and capabilities and is seeking outstanding candidates for a role as an Associate/Paralegal within the Property sector of the LDM team.
In this role you will enjoy:
- working on a wide variety of property based litigation and dispute management matters including small claims, fast track and multi-track claims and defences on behalf of a range of clients from private individuals to businesses;
- exposure to a range of complex legal issues including nuisance, trespass, negligence and property damage; and
- responsibility for all claim stages, from inception to conclusion, including drafting of statements of case and witness statements, negotiation, mediation and trial.
The firm would like to hear from Solicitors, LLB/GDL or LPC graduates, ILEX, or those with equivalent experience who can demonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of property law and Civil Procedure as well as experience of running a case load with appropriate supervision.
