Landlord & Tenant Solicitor/FCILEx/Senior Paralegal

Excellent opportunity to join a leading national law firm in their leading Dispute Resolution Group based in central Bristol.

Joining the firms specialist Landlord and Tenant team you will predominantly deal with commercial banking recoveries claims for a major banking client (including money judgement and possession claims) and a wide range of commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes.

You will be acting for individuals, businesses and financial institutions. The clients that you will be acting for are both privately paying, and LEI funded. The role includes assisting the team leader of the Landlord and Tenant team and may involve supervisory responsibilities.

This role has the option of being part office working and part remote working.

To apply for this role you will ideally have proven experience in dealing with landlord and tenant disputes and banking litigation. Supervisory experience would also be advantageous.
